I can honestly say these guys are real Canadian troopers! Through hail, snow and wind they made it out to their portrait session!!!

Tammy and Brett originally wanted an engagement session but chose to include their kids to celebrate their union together as a new family.

This clan had originally scheduled their family portrait session to be at Petrie Island but because of bad weather (rain and high winds) I recommended the Rockcliffe Park Gazebo as their alternate shooting location.  The Gazebo is my go-to spot for outdoor pictures when it rains.  The architecture and surrounding woodland provides beautiful backdrops for portraits while also providing shelter.

Needless to say I’m looking forward to capturing these two love birds (and their family) next June on their wedding day 🙂
